Project: P-Stage Module Development for Zeiss / ASML
Worked on the development of an advanced mechatronic module for a high-tech semiconductor application, combining hands-on software engineering with technical team and project leadership.
Responsible for coordinating software development activities, technical priorities and customer interfaces while contributing directly to PLC and HMI software development, testing and system integration.
Key responsibilities & contributions
- Leading and coordinating the software development team, including priorities, planning and technical decisions
- Introducing Agile/Scrum ways of working using Jira and Confluence
- Creating structure, collaboration and transparency within the engineering team
- Acting as the technical interface between the customer and the software development team
- Translating technical and functional requirements into robust software solutions
- Developing Siemens TIA Portal software for PLC and HMI applications within the Zeiss framework
- Testing and validating PLC software against technical and customer requirements
- Supporting hardware and software integration within a complex high-tech mechatronic system
- Combining hands-on engineering with technical team and project leadership
