Project: Renovation Zeedoksluis Den Helder
Delivering new control and operating software for the renovation of the Zeedoksluis in Den Helder, executed for BAM Infra. The lock complex is part of the primary water defence infrastructure and consists of a lock system and lifting bridge.
Responsible for leading the technical project team and coordinating software development, engineering disciplines and project delivery activities.
Key responsibilities & contributions:
✓ Translating customer requirements into technical solutions and project deliverables
✓ Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary project team
✓ Managing interfaces between software, automation and other technical disciplines
✓ Maintaining project planning, progress tracking and delivery control
✓ Managing costs, procurement activities and supplier coordination
✓ Aligning technical execution with customer expectations and contractual agreements
✓ Supporting successful delivery and commissioning of the upgraded control system
